'White Noise' was formed in 1991 by Sean Hooper, percussion teacher with Cornwall County Music Service as a percussion ensemble. The Music Service bought a set of samba instruments in 2002, and since then White Noise has changed direction and is now strictly samba-orientated. White Noise rehearses in Truro, and has a growing membership, all of whom are in full-time education. A tour to France took take place in July 2003 and we have some photo-records on the site
